Click into the App Directory from your Pylon dashboard and then click on the PagerDuty integration to view setup instructions.Usage
Installing the Opsgenie app will give you a new action “Alert on Issue” that is useable as part of your own custom workflows. A common workflow is to create a Trigger that will send an Opsgenie alert when an issue in Pylon is marked as Urgent priority. A template is available as a starting point for your workflow.
The Opsgenie integration will create an incident with the relevant context on the specified service.
